	Large rich green palmate leaf. In the spring the new growth is almost pink, turning to green. An upright grower and a good landscape tree.

SANGU KAKU (Coral Tower or Bark)
	The bark turns a bright coral red in the winter. A yellow green small palmate leaf with an upright growing habit. Aoyagi is the green bark version.

SAZANAMI
	A palmate leaf, in spring the new growth is light orange-red and center veins are very light green, maturing to rich green. A dwarf and a good bonsai or container tree.

	Red form of the narrow lobed palmatum. Not as strong a grower as the green version. Leaves mature to a bronzy red.
