| Options: You can send us your order on-line using the Order Form page or you can print the Order Form page and send it to us through the U.S. mail. We also take telephone orders.
Terms: All orders are subject to crop conditions and supply. Some cultivars are very limited and sell out quickly. All payments must be in advance. We are unable at present to accept credit card payments. Please list a second choice (i.e. smaller or larger tree if in stock, reserve list, or refund). Phone and on-line orders will be treated like reservations: we will tag them but not ship them until payment has been received within 14 days. There is no handling charge. Shipping: We ship FEDEX on Mondays and Tuesdays unless other arrangements have been made. All plants shipped to California and Oregon by FEDEX third-day ground are $9.00 for the first tree and $4.50 for each additional tree. For all other states the cost is $10.00 for the first tree and $5.50 for each additional tree. California residents please add 7.25% state sales tax. These shipping rates are for #1 and #2 size trees only. The cost of shipping larger trees is according to size, and will be billed separately. Again, all orders are subject to availability.
All plants become the property of the customer when delivery is made to the carrier. Only dormant trees will be shipped via the U.S. Mail for those requesting it. If your package arrives with any damage, be sure to examine the contents in front of the delivery person. If the contents are damaged, you should refuse delivery and request a refund. As soon as you receive your package, open it, plant the tree(s), water them and then watch 'em grow! |
